Insolvency and reconstruction is dynamic and demanding but rewarding career.

Insolvency and reconstruction professionals need to possess a sound degree of common sense, be proactive, a good team player and have an innate desire to solve problems.

The profession demands the highest level of integrity and objectivity due to the nature of our dealings.

A sound understanding of basic commercial principals is required to allow you to develop your business acumen along your career path. People skills including measured empathy will assist in your success.

Qualified insolvency accountants are required to have a suitable undergraduate degree and as well as become members of requisite professional bodies such as the ICAA, the CPA and the IPA. Due to the dynamic nature of the insolvency & reconstruction profession, many practitoners undertake post graduate studies as well.

Further, administrative professionals and support staff are encouraged to obtain suitable qualifications along their career as they will face similar demands to the accountants and also receive similar rewards.
