Ben Mikulski

Ben Mikulski commenced his insolvency career with the Insolvency & Trustee Service Australia (ITSA) in 2002, prior to which Ben worked as a solicitor in private practice for a number of years. Ben joined Shaw Gidley in 2007 and due to his experience and expertise is head of Shaw Gidley's Personal Insolvency Team. Ben is an Associate of CPA Australia and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Ben has extensive knowledge and experience in the adminstration of bankrupt and Part X personal insolvency administrations under the Bankruptcy Act 1966.
